In the role of field service technician , you will work with service and repairs of construction machinery both in the workshop and out in the field. You will follow the service process from start to finish, from customer contact and troubleshooting to repairs and registration of work. You will work from a facility or your home location and conduct your work with your service vehicle to assist our customers directly on site.

We stand for high service and skill in the field, and as a field service technician, you will represent Söderberg & Haak at our customers' locations. As a person, you are service-oriented and used to working independently. You are solution-focused, meticulous, and take responsibility for driving your work forward. The position involves variation and a lot of travel with a service vehicle, which you see as a positive aspect.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a mechanic, preferably in heavy construction
• Vehicle technology education or equivalent experience
• Knowledge and experience of vehicle electronics, hydraulics, and welding
• Swedish in speech and writing, our manuals are in English so you need to have English reading comprehension
• B driver's license is a requirement, C driver's license is an advantage
